2.11 describe experiments to investigate how enzyme activity can be affected by changes in temperature

- put starch in in a test tube and either heat or cool it
- add amylase
- put mixture on spotting tiles and add iodine: when the iodine stops being blue or black there is no starch present
- time how long it takes for the iodine to stop being black or blue

- repeat at different temperatures
